Coupled with extensive Executive Management and C-suite experience in the UK, Australia and NZ within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction sectors, Colin provides invaluable guidance on M&A, Financials, and Strategy across Talentia’s brands.

History
Talentia was established to create a legacy in the New Zealand recruitment market. Our journey began in 1997, and in 2015 Onsite Recruitment and Coverstaff merged to become OneStaff. Talentia was formed when Personnel Resources joined the group, broadening our capability into office and professional recruitment.
The launch of Magnetic in 2024 further strengthened the group, adding specialist technical and executive expertise and reflecting our commitment to continually evolve with the needs of clients, candidates and the industries we serve. Together, these brands have built a recruitment business with the breadth, depth and experience to support workforce needs across every sector of the New Zealand economy.
